We consider parcels of any size, from small infill lots to large agricultural tracts. We’re especially interested in:

  • Land within or adjacent to the Sioux Falls metro
  • Parcels with residential development potential — single-family, townhomes, or multifamily
  • Acreage with annexation potential, or already zoned for residential use
  • Commercial sites along established corridors
