  • New Homes Work Order Request — homeowner name, property address, contact information, description of the requested work, and any optional photos you upload.

  • WP Engine — our hosting provider. WP Engine processes server logs, IP addresses, and security data on our behalf.
  • Brevo — our transactional email provider. When you submit a form, we send the message to the appropriate Ronning Companies team using Brevo’s email relay.
  • Mapbox — our map provider. When you view a page containing a property map, Mapbox receives a request from your device and may collect device and usage information consistent with its own privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics or other web analytics tools, where used, may be used to measure aggregate Site traffic. Where applicable, anonymized identifiers may be associated with your visit.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. As a general matter:

  • Form submissions are stored in our email and customer relationship records for the duration of the inquiry and a reasonable retention period afterward (typically up to seven years for transactional records).
  • Apartment applications and supporting documentation are retained in accordance with applicable rental property record-keeping requirements.
  • Server logs are retained by WP Engine for a limited period and are then deleted or anonymized.

Children’s privacy
